Windfire Wisdom

August 25th, 2008

Well, I thought I was going to post several comments during my time at Windfire Yoga Retreat this summer, but I kept hearing (and feeling the wisdom of) the same message over and over again. That message was simply to feel more, as posted below. To give one’s attention to being present to the changing sensations in one’s body gives you direct access to the inherent wisdom of your body and mind, thereby helping to reveal the eight limbs (Asta Anga) described by Patnjali in the Yoga Sutras (more of this later!).
